Our hosting and form providers also process technical information that is strictly necessary to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
The calculator and other interactive elements on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you type into them are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us. We do not send marketing newsletters, and we do not use this data to build profiles or to make automated decisions about you.
We use third-party providers to host this website, to deliver form submissions to our inbox, and to handle our email. They process this data on our behalf and under our instructions, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to answer it and to decide whether to work together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Where an engagement begins, the relevant records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to info@alchemistlabsconsulting.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied with our response, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Because we operate from the United States and use providers based in several countries, the data you send us may be processed outside your own country. We only use providers that commit to protecting it appropriately.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
